Founder / CEO

Former investment banker and Entrepreneur with a proven track record of success across multiple sectors. Having grown up in rural Canada on military bases Mr. White has an affinity for rural communities. Seeing the distress in the US rural healthcare market, Mr. White developed a rural healthcare business model that is less dependent on the government and optimizes the inherent value of each hospital.

Americore Health leverages Grant’s diverse business background and connections across multiple healthcare and financial platforms to deliver new revenue and profitability to the hospitals.

Mr. White has executed over $30 billion of transactions in his career and has built companies from scratch to average annual revenue growth exceeding 400% per annum.

Tony SudduthTony Sudduth, CPA, FHFMA, FACHE

Corporate Chief Financial Officer

With Over 30 Years in Executive Healthcare Leadership, Tony brings a very diverse background to the Americore Team. He has successfully led financial turn-arounds in both Rural and Urban facilities by improving efficiency and revenues. In his former roles he has been a hospital CFO, a COO and CEO and also the CEO of a large physician group.

Tony is a Certified Public Accountant, has a BS in Accounting from the University of Kentucky and a MBA from Eastern Kentucky University and is a Fellow of both the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Healthcare Financial Management Association.

Rick Shrader

President Americore Revenue Cycle Solutions

Mr. Shrader has a strong background in healthcare operations, finance and revenue cycle. Having worked for proprietary and non-profit healthcare organizations, he brings knowledge of payer relations and a thorough understanding of the entire revenue cycle process. He has achieved many accomplishments and successes with working and developing teams in the healthcare provider industry.

In her role as Chief Clinical / Quality Officer for a variety of medical facilities, Pam continues to both impact people and realize bottom-line, sustainable organizational results. Pam’s expertise centers around assessing, planning, implementing and growing performance improvement programs resulting in award winning facilities in patient satisfaction, quality and profitability.

VP Compliance and Health Informatics

Broad range of experience at hospitals nation-wide in Health Informatics, Compliance, Risk and Regulatory fields. She has earned an excellent reputation for innovative problem solving, and excels at initiating and implementing change resulting in sustained business improvement models and metrics.

Debby Fontenot- Gilreath

Americore Billing Solutions Director – Revenue Cycle

With Over 30 years of experience, Debby advises clients on healthcare revenue cycle management, patient access, medical records, revenue strategies, and patient accounts. She is an expert in pre-registration, insurance verification/authorization, registration, billing and collections, and has significant management experience in system strategies and system implementations.   She holds several certificates with HFMA including Certified Patient Account Manager and Certified Revenue Cycle Manager.

Denise Miller

Director – Billing and Collections

Over 30 years of health care experience working in the areas of revenue cycle management, operations improvement, Medicare reimbursement and Billing.

Formerly Billing Director with one of the countries largest reference laboratories – Aegis. Denise holds a certificate of Certified Patient Account Rep as well as Certified Billing Director with the TN chapter of HFMA.
